OUR STORY

The Austin HIM Foundation began as an idea sparked within the hearts of a few men in a local men’s fitness movement—a group built on the principles of Getting Right, Living Right, Leading Right, and Leaving Right.

As the men’s fitness movement accelerated, so did the realization that men needed more than just physical challenges—they needed resources to face life’s obstacles, a purpose to guide them, and a community that would hold them accountable. Inspired by the collective experiences of planting AOs across Greater Austin and seeing men transform into leaders in their families and communities, the vision for something bigger took shape: a foundation to extend the group’s impact beyond the workouts and into all aspects of a man’s life.

In 2024, this vision gained momentum when a small group of men took on the challenge of addressing deeper needs in their community. Through shared commitment and relentless belief in the potential of High Impact Men (HIM), the Austin HIM Foundation was officially launched.

From helping men navigate personal struggles to supporting their growth as community leaders, the foundation is working to become a trusted partner for those who want to make a difference in the world. Whether through mentorship programs, leadership development, or events that challenge men to grow physically, mentally, and spiritually, the Austin HIM Foundation strives to provide opportunities for men to become their best selves.

Today, we stand united by a shared belief: that one man living with purpose can change his world, and many men living with purpose can change the world.

OUR MISSION

To equip men with the resources that help realize self-worth, live with purpose, lead with virtue, and sow a legacy of love.

OUR VISION

We see a future where men's lives are transformed through fitness and mentorship. Where men emerge as leaders in their families, workplaces, and communities. Together, we strive for a world where men rise to their highest potential, leaving a legacy of strength, compassion, and inspiration.

OUR CORE VALUES

Leadership: We inspire men to lead with integrity and courage in every area of life.
Purpose: We believe in helping men discover their "why" and pursue it with passion and focus.
Community: We strengthen the bonds between men to create a supportive, empowering network.
Growth: We challenge men to grow physically, mentally, and spiritually, becoming the best versions of themselves.
Legacy: We emphasize the importance of living in a way that leaves a lasting positive impact on others.

RUCKING FOR HOPE

Austin HIM Foundation & F3 Austin rucked the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention's Out of the Darkness Community Walk, and shouldered the weight for those who need it most.

Our goal was to collectively carry 2,000lbs (a ton) of weight, symbolizing the burdens we share and the strength of our community. Whether you rucked or walked, your participation truly meant a ton as we lifted each other up and showed that no one has to carry their struggles alone. #NOOYO

Our foundation was established during a morning workout exclusively for men, but our mission extends beyond this demographic. Men and women share distinct and universal needs. Personal growth and transformation occur when individuals connect with those who share similar aspirations. We have witnessed remarkable growth and transformation within our workout group and are eager to replicate this experience for a broader audience.
Gifts will be provided based on donation amounts. We are still working to publish these.
There is no tax collected or owed on your donations.
